Local Delivery Details
• All orders over $49 (before tax) are delivered FREE, or a $10 fee for orders under $49.•For Selected Retirement or Assisted Living Homes we will waive the delivery fee if under $49. Call us for more information.
•We will deliver Frozen, but we need to coordinate and ensure someone is home at time of delivery as it is temp sensitive. If you do not call to arrange times, or do not answer the phone, it will not be delivered until we can work out a time together.
•We do not call with a time frame unless your order has frozen. We will knock, and then leave it on your porch. If you need special arrangements, call us so we can make arrangements. We will do our best to work around schedules. You may also leave notes in the special instructions box on the checkout page.
• If your house is not easy to find, does not have house numbers, or you need to leave special instructions, please write them in the special instructions box on the checkout page. If we cannot deliver due to poor instructions or lack of access, and have to return to the store, you may have to wait until the following delivery day according to the zip code, or it will be store pick-up.
